Membership hold request
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan.
Whether you’re travelling, recovering from an injury or simply need to take a short break from training, a membership hold allows you to pause your membership without having to cancel it completely. Before submitting your request, please take a moment to read the information below.
Before You Submit
Membership hold requests are processed in accordance with our current Membership Terms and should be submitted 30 day's in advance of your next renewal date to allow sufficient time for processing.
Membership holds are intended for temporary breaks from training and are available to eligible memberships. Once your requested hold period comes to an end, your membership will automatically resume unless we’ve agreed otherwise with you beforehand.
If you decide to return sooner than expected, simply get in touch with the team and we’ll be happy to reactivate your membership early.
Please note that membership payments are non-refundable, and any payments due before your hold takes effect will be processed as scheduled.
Injury, Surgery or Pregnancy
If you’re requesting a hold due to injury, surgery or pregnancy, we’re here to help.
We understand that these situations are different from a planned break, and we’ll always do our best to support you. If applicable, we may ask for supporting documentation so we can process your request appropriately and discuss the most suitable options available.
