Membership change request
Need to change your membership? Whether you’re looking to upgrade, downgrade or switch to a different membership option, simply complete the form below and we’ll take care of the rest.
Membership changes are processed in line with our current Membership Terms and require advance notice before taking effect. Once we’ve received your request, a member of the team will review it and confirm the date your new membership will begin.
If you’re reducing your membership, your current membership will remain active until the change takes effect. If you’re increasing your membership, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request as quickly as possible.
