These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (7r-gym.com) and your membership or participation in classes, training sessions and other services provided by 7R Performance Ltd, trading as CrossFit Woolwich / 7R The Training Club ("we", "our", "us"). By becoming a member, booking a class, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.


1. Membership and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member. We do not offer membership to persons under 18.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when signing up, and to keep this updated, including any changes to your health or emergency contact details.


2. Health and Safety

CrossFit and functional fitness training carry an inherent risk of injury. Before starting training, you're required to complete a health screening (PAR-Q) and disclose any medical conditions, injuries or physical limitations that may affect your ability to train safely.


You confirm that you are medically fit to participate, or have sought medical advice confirming this where relevant. If your health changes at any time, you must inform your coach before continuing to train.


Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.


Subject to that, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation in training, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.


3. Membership Fees and Payment

Membership fees are payable in advance on the schedule set out at sign-up (e.g. monthly by direct debit). Fees are processed via our payment provider; we do not store your full card or bank details.

We reserve the right to change our membership fees at any time. Where a fee change applies to you, we will notify you before it takes effect, and you may cancel your membership in accordance with Section 4 if you do not wish to continue at the new fee.


Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension of access to classes and facilities until payment is received.


4. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period

If you sign up online or other than in person at our premises, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel within this period, contact us using the details in Section 12. If you've already used the service during this period, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the services you've used.


Outside of this cooling-off period, you may cancel your ongoing membership by completing the cancellation request form on our website, giving 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period following submission of your request.


5. Freezing Membership

You may request to freeze your membership (for example, due to injury, illness, or travel) by completing the hold request form on our website. Freeze periods, minimum notice and any applicable fee are set out in our current membership information. Frozen periods do not count towards your minimum term, if any.


6. Class Bookings, Cancellations and No-Shows

Classes must be booked in advance via the Wodify app, subject to availability. Cancellation windows vary by class type; the applicable window and any no-show fee for a given class will be shown to you in the Wodify app at the point of booking, and are also set out in your membership contract.


We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee for late cancellations or no-shows in line with the terms presented at booking.


7. Code of Conduct

We're a community-first gym and expect all members to treat coaches, staff and fellow members with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, damage to equipment, or serious or repeated breach of these Terms.


8. Facilities and Equipment

We will take reasonable care to maintain our equipment and facilities in good working order. Please report any faulty or damaged equipment to a coach or member of staff immediately, and do not use equipment you believe to be unsafe.


Personal belongings brought onto our premises are your own responsibility. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property, except where caused by our negligence.


9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos at the gym for marketing and social media purposes. We will ask for your consent before doing so, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — we will remove you from future use of that material where reasonably practicable.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, logos, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our permission.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2.All classes are booked through Wodify, making it easy to reserve your place, manage your schedule and keep track of your training. We recommend booking in advance, particularly for our busier sessions, to guarantee your space. If your plans change, simply cancel your booking within the applicable cancellation window so another member has the opportunity to attend.

3.No experience is necessary. Every class is fully coach-led, and every workout can be adapted to your current ability. Our job is to meet you where you are today and help you progress with confidence.

4.We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. Memberships can be paused in accordance with our Membership Terms, with additional flexibility available for injury, illness and other exceptional circumstances. If you’re unsure what’s possible, simply speak to a member of the team and we’ll do everything we can to help.

5.Comfortable training clothes, suitable trainers and a water bottle are all you need for your first visit. Everything else—from equipment and programming to coaching and encouragement—is provided by us.
