This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of our website (7r-gym.com) and any associated booking, membership or communication platforms (including the Wodify app) provided by 7R Performance Ltd, trading as CrossFit Woolwich / 7R The Training Club ("we", "our", "us").
It should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By using our website or platforms, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out what we consider acceptable use of our digital platforms, to keep our website, booking system and community spaces safe, secure and useful for everyone.
2. Prohibited Use
You must not use our website or platforms to:
Break any applicable UK law or regulation
Post, upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory towards any individual or group
Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation
Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other code designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to our systems
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, booking system, member accounts, or underlying infrastructure
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access, copy, or extract data from our website without our prior written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or booking system, or the servers/networks used to make them available
Use our booking system to make bad-faith, speculative, or excessive bookings that deny access to genuine members (for example, repeatedly booking and no-showing classes)
Use our contact forms, booking system or any communication channel to send unsolicited marketing or spam
Post or share content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
3. Member Accounts
If you're given login access to our booking platform (e.g. Wodify) or any member area, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. User-Generated Content and Reviews
Where our platforms allow you to post reviews, comments, or other content, you must ensure it is accurate, lawful, and does not breach this policy. We reserve the right to remove any content that we reasonably believe breaches this policy, without prior notice.
We don't accept or publish fake or incentivised reviews that misrepresent your genuine experience, in line with the Competition and Markets Authority's guidance on consumer reviews.
5. Photography, Video and Social Media Tagging
If you post content involving our gym, staff or other members on social media (for example, tagging us or using our hashtags), please ensure you have the consent of anyone identifiable in your content, and avoid sharing footage that could identify other members without their agreement.
6. Security Research and Testing
If you identify a security vulnerability in our website or platforms, please report it to us responsibly at hello@7r-gym.com rather than exploiting it or disclosing it publicly. Unauthorised penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or similar activity against our systems is not permitted without our prior written consent.
7. Consequences of Breach
Breach of this policy may result in one or more of the following, at our discretion:
Immediate or temporary withdrawal of your right to use our website or booking platform
Suspension or termination of your membership in accordance with our Terms of Service
Removal of any content you've posted
Referral to the relevant authorities where we believe a criminal offence has been committed

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, platforms, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest version.
